I decided not to do any type of theme, and I took Candice Olson's advice when decorating baby's rooms. She explained that baby’s/kids toys are enough to make it look like a kids room. So use adult prints with kid colors. I wanted to play with textures, so by using the rough pallet, the woven basket and light fixture, and smooth silver as an accent I will create unity through variety. I’m still deciding on how I want the bedding to be, but I do want a large bold print.
